This program is only available to the residents who live in the greater Phoenix metro area. There is a $45 delivery fee regardless of whether a purchase is made or not. Customers will be invoiced upon delivery. No coupons or promotions may be used with this program. Try before you buy orders and regular orders must be submitted separately. All sales are final.
